The fabric washing color fastness tester is used to test the color change of colored fabrics after washing with solution to detect the color fastness of fabrics to washing.

Test principle:
The color fastness to washing test is to fit the textile sample with one or two pieces of specified adjacent fabrics, put them in soap solution, stir them mechanically under specified time and temperature conditions, and then rinse and dry them. Use gray sample cards to evaluate the color change of the sample and the staining of the adjacent fabric. There are five test methods for color fastness to washing, the main difference lies in the test temperature and time, and the others are the same.
Test:
Place the combined sample in a specified sealed container, and put the washing test liquid in the container with a mass ratio of 50:1 to the combined sample;
Rotate the sealed container along a radius of 45mm and a speed of 40r/min, and stir it mechanically at the specified temperature and time;
After the test, take out the sample, wash it twice with cold third-level water, then rinse it in running cold water for 10 minutes, and squeeze out the water;
Unfold the combined sample so that the sample and the lining are connected by only one seam, and hang it in an environment not higher than 60℃ to dry;
Use the gray sample card for color change to evaluate the color change of the sample, and use the gray sample card for staining to evaluate the staining of the lining fabric.
