2、The solution in the cuvette should be 2/3 to 4/5 of the cuvette height, not too full to prevent the liquid from overflowing and corroding the instrument. Measurement should keep the cuvette clean, the liquid droplets on the wall of the pool should be wiped dry with mirror paper, do not pinch the translucent surface by hand. When measuring UV wavelength, quartz cuvette should be used.
3, measurement, reagents or liquid substances on the surface of the instrument is prohibited, such as solution overflow or other reasons will be dirty sample tank, to clean up as much as possible in a timely manner.
4、After the experiment, pour out the solution in the cuvette, and then rinse the cuvette with distilled water or organic solvent until it is clean, and dry it upside down. Turn off the power and put the desiccant into the sample room, cover the dust cover, register the use well and get the approval of the management teacher before leaving.
