N95 Face Mask test instruments of 3 test methods
N95 Face Mask test instruments is used to determine the particulate leakage rate test of KZ, face mask, respirator and gas mask, applicable to labor safety and protection inspection center, medical device drug inspection center, disease control center, textile testing center, KZ and mask enterprises, etc.
3 testing methods of N95 Face Mask testing instrument:
1、After closing the fixed volume chamber with the gas-tight inspection cover, the system is pumped to 1180Pa negative pressure state, and no pressure change should be observed within 2min after closing the control valve.
2, the sample to be tested is mounted on the fixed volume chamber, and ensure a tight fit, the pumping rate of not more than 500mL/min to make the system to 1250Pa negative pressure state, close the control valve.
3, from the negative pressure of the system down to 1180Pa, start timing, record the time required to return the system to normal pressure is less than 20S exhalation valve cover test method: use the appropriate fixture to fix the exhalation valve cover and mask hood of the sample under test, respectively (the fixing point should be reasonably close to the corresponding connection parts). Start the material testing machine, apply tensile force and record whether there is fracture, slippage, deformation phenomenon.
Air tightness test method: Wear the mask on the matching test head mold, seal the inhalation valve and wet the exhalation valve. Start the vacuum pump, make the negative pressure in the mask reach 1000Pa, stop pumping, start timing, observe and record the negative pressure drop value in the mask within 60s.
