Circular Locus Pilling Tester

The Circular Locus Pilling Tester is used for determining the pilling and fuzzing of all kinds of fabrics to evaluable the product quality and process, such as wool, chemical fiber, mixed, kitted and woven fabrics. During the test, fabric is rubbed against a nylon brush and abrasive, or only against an abrasive under controlled conditions.

Application

(1) Knitted Fabrics – Evaluates pilling and fuzzing of chemical fiber and other knitted fabrics.

(2) Woven Fabrics – Used for assessing surface appearance changes in woven textiles.

(3) Wool Fabrics – Suitable for combed and carded wool fabrics.

(4) Blended Fabrics – Used to compare pilling performance of blended textile materials.

(5) Process Evaluation – Helps textile manufacturers evaluate fabric quality and finishing processes.
