AAA-Class LED Solar Simulator – L-50 / L-100

L-50 / L-100 are a series of steady-state LED solar simulators. Their  spectral matching performance is superior to that of xenon light sources. The  spectrum meets the AM1.5 IEC 60904-9:2020 Class AAA standard. The service life  is more than 10,000 hours (more than 10 times the service life of a xenon lamp),  which helps reduce costs and the time required for lamp replacement and  calibration.

LED solar simulators offer the advantages of high spectral matching accuracy  and long service life and are widely used in R&D fields such as gallium  arsenide cells, tandem cells, silicon solar cells, organic solar cells,  photocatalysis, photolysis, photoreactions, and material aging.
