2.5 Control Method | Control Method: The chamber adopts a Balanced Temperature and Humidity Control System (BTHC). The sensing system transmits the actual data inside the test chamber to the controller. Through SSR control and multi-stage intelligent output, the controller balances the output power of the temperature and humidity system to ensure stable temperature and humidity conditions inside the chamber. The system also features energy-saving functionality, minimizing power consumption and ensuring long-term precise and stable operation of the equipment. |

III. Product Features
(1) The product features an attractive appearance, reasonable structure, and precision craftsmanship, with simple and convenient operation as well as stable and reliable performance.
(2) The controller adopts a large-size color LCD touch-screen human-machine interface (HMI) controller. It is easy to operate, simple to learn, and stable and reliable in performance. The system operation status, execution status, and setting program curves are fully displayed in both Chinese and English. It also supports RS232 computer interface connection, enabling direct remote control of the equipment through a computer.
(3) The refrigeration circulation system adopts a Japanese SANYO compressor, and all key components are imported from Japan, France, the United States, Italy, and other countries. The refrigerants used are environmentally friendly refrigerants from the United States (R23A and R404A).
(4) A reserved test port with a diameter of 50 mm is provided on the left side of the test chamber.
(5) The equipment is equipped with a fully automatic and high-precision system circuit. Any component action is processed with P.L.C locking protection. The entire system adopts P.I.D automatic calculation control, ensuring high precision and high stability of temperature throughout all zones.
(6) A specially designed air circulation and airflow system together with a sensing system is adopted. The air outlet and return air sensor detection control ensure excellent temperature uniformity inside the chamber and eliminate any dead zones.
(7) The chamber adopts an enlarged observation window with four-layer hollow tempered glass, providing a wider viewing field.
(8) The equipment is equipped with a comprehensive protection system, including power overload protection, leakage protection, control circuit overload protection, short-circuit protection, compressor protection, grounding protection, over-temperature protection, and audible alarm prompts. In the event of any abnormal condition, the fault point and cause will be automatically displayed immediately on the screen, and the equipment will stop automatically.
(9) The inner chamber material is made of SUS#304 mirror-finished stainless steel plate, and the outer chamber material is also made of SUS#304 stainless steel.
