1.5 Control System | Control method: A balanced temperature and humidity control system (BTHC) is adopted. The sensing system transmits the actual data inside the test chamber to the controller, which regulates SSR through multi-stage intelligent output to balance the output power of the temperature and humidity system. This ensures full stability of temperature and humidity within the chamber. The system also features energy-saving functionality, minimizing power consumption to the greatest extent while ensuring long-term, accurate, and stable operation of the equipment. |

(1) The product features an aesthetically pleasing appearance, reasonable structure, and precise craftsmanship, offering simple and convenient operation as well as stable and reliable performance. (2) The controller adopts a color touch-screen controller with simple operation, easy learning, and stable and reliable performance. It fully displays system operating status, execution, and set program curves in both Chinese and English. It supports RS232 computer interface connection, enabling direct remote control of the instrument via computer. (3) The refrigeration system adopts a Gulen compressor. All components are imported from Japan, France, the United States, and Italy. The refrigerant uses environmentally friendly refrigerants (R23A, R404A) from the United States. (4) A test port with a diameter of 50 mm is reserved on the left side of the chamber. (5) Equipped with a fully automatic, high-precision system circuit. Any component action is locked and processed by PLC control. The entire system adopts PID automatic calculation control, ensuring high accuracy and high stability across the full temperature range. (6) A specially designed air circulation and sensing system is adopted. Air outlet and return air sensors are used for detection and control to ensure temperature uniformity inside the chamber and eliminate dead zones. (7) Equipped with an enlarged observation window made of four layers of hollow tempered glass, providing a wider field of view. (8) The instrument is equipped with a full-range protection system, including power overload protection, leakage protection, control circuit overload and short-circuit protection, compressor protection, grounding protection, over-temperature protection, and alarm sound prompt. In case of any abnormal condition, the fault point and cause are immediately displayed on the screen and the system shuts down automatically.
