Introduction

In the process of impact testing of metallic materials, not only a  high-precision impact testing machine is required, but also well-prepared  specimens. Our company has developed the UV Notching Machine, which can cut notches from  the specimen blank in a single pass, fully conforming to GB/T229-2020 "Metallic  Materials - Charpy Impact Test Method", ISO-148-2 "Metallic Materials - Pendulum  Charpy Impact Test", ASTM E23, and JJG145. This machine features high precision,  long service life, low noise, and an attractive design, making it the preferred  model for users across various industries.

Application

To obtain accurate and reliable test data on the impact resistance of test  materials, a high-precision impact testing machine is required, necessitating  the use of various equipment such as lathes, milling machines, planers, and  grinders, which consumes a significant amount of time in preparing qualified  specimens.

To meet user needs and reduce difficulties in specimen preparation,  especially in notching, we have developed a hydraulic broaching machine for  notching impact specimens, model LY71-UV, based on advanced domestic and  international experience in this field. This machine fully complies with the  accuracy requirements for impact specimen notches in GB/T229-2020 "Metallic  Materials - Charpy Impact Test Method".

Working conditions

This machine uses a three-phase four-wire 380V 50Hz power supply. The voltage  variation should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage. The environment should be  free from impact, vibration, and corrosive

media. The machine should be installed vertically on a stable foundation.  There is a grounding mark next to the power socket at the bottom rear of the  machine, requiring reliable grounding. 

Quality assurance

The equipment is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of formal  delivery. During the warranty period, the supplier will provide timely and free  repair services for any equipment malfunctions. For any damage to parts not  caused by human error, the supplier will replace them free of charge. Outside  the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions during use, the supplier will  promptly provide on-site service and actively assist the ordering party in  completing the repair tasks.
