Micro Vickers hardness tester HV-1000/HV-1000Z

Introduction
The Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is a precise and reliable instrument for measuring the hardness of metals, thin sections, coatings, glass, ceramics, and other materials. It features HV/HK scales, adjustable test force and dwell time, and displays hardness values directly on the LCD. Equipped with a 10× reading microscope, 10×/40× objectives, and an automatic or manual turret, it provides accurate microhardness testing with a long-life halogen lamp and versatile XY table for precise specimen positioning.
Application
Suitable for ferrous metal, non-ferrous metals, IC thin sections, coatings, ply-metals; glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, thin plastic sections etc.; hardness testing such as that on the depth and the trapezium of the carbonized layers and quench hardened layers.
Standards
(1) ISO 6507 – Metallic materials — Vickers hardness test
(2) ASTM E384 – Standard Test Method for Microindentation Hardness of Materials
