Test Procedures

(1) Mount the specimen on the sample holder within the air lock.

(2) Draw the sample into the preconditioned main chamber to prevent dust leakage.

(3) Set the desired sample angle (0–60°) for testing.

(4) Select the dust dosing position and activate the dual-positionable dust generator.

(5) Control sample temperature with integrated heating/cooling units.

(6) Simulate cleaning with a movable air blade.

(7) Ensure negative pressure is maintained in the chamber during dust dosing, humidification, and cleaning to prevent emissions.

(8) Record test data via the integrated data logger.
