The ICI Nail Hammer Yarn Tester evaluates the snagging tendency of knitted and woven fabrics, especially chemical fiber filaments and textured yarn fabrics. It simulates normal wear conditions to detect how easily yarns are pulled from the fabric, ensuring fabric durability and quality.

Equipped with four rotating test cylinders and tungsten carbide mace balls, the machine allows precise and reproducible snag testing.
