Diaper leakage tester technical indicators
The three elements of permeability: slip infiltration, backflow, and
leakage.
Slippery infiltration: refers to the volume of test solution that is not
absorbed when passing through the surface of an inclined specimen.
Infiltration amount: The quality of the test solution that is absorbed by
the sample and returned to the surface layer under a certain pressure.
Leakage amount: The quality of the test solution that passes through the
anti leakage bottom film under a certain pressure after the sample absorbs a
certain amount of test solution.
After absorbing a certain amount of test solution, the sample of the diaper
leakage tester passes through the quality of the test solution through the anti
leakage bottom film under a certain pressure.
Applicable standards:
GB/T 28004-2011 Diapers (Sheet/Pad)
GB/T 8939-2008 Sanitary napkins (including sanitary pads)
QB/T 2493-2000 diapers (piece/pad)
Technical indicators:
1. Test slope angle: adjustable at 10 ° and 30 °
(Diapers 30 ° ± 2 °, sanitary napkins 10 ° ± 1 °)
2. Discharge funnel: 150mL
3. Standard pressure block with a diameter of 100mm: 1.2kg
Configuration list:
