Box Compression Tester

The Box Compression Strength Tester is a high-precision, multifunctional testing instrument designed to evaluate the compressive strength of corrugated boxes, paper tubes, and other packaging containers. Using an electromechanical integrated system with a pair of threaded shafts, guide pillars, and imported motor control, the tester ensures precise measurement, parallelism, and high return speed. The computer-controlled model enables automated data acquisition, processing, and reporting.
Application
Compressive strength testing of corrugated boxes, paper tubes, and cardboard packaging materials.
Load-bearing evaluation of cartons for shipping and storage.
Quality control on production lines of packaging materials.
Research and development of new packaging materials and designs.

Features
Electromechanical integrated design with modern mechanical structure and microcomputer control.
High-precision fixed upper compression plate ensures accurate measurement.
Automatic return function after testing with fast upward/downward movement.
Data storage for up to 20 test sets with statistical analysis and printout.
Two working modes:
a. Strength Test – Measures maximum compressive force and displacement.
b. Stacking Test – Simulates 12-hour or 24-hour stacking according to national standards.
Multiple speed settings with automatic calculation of compressive strength and stacking performance.
Test Procedures
Place the box, paper tube, or package between the compression plates.
Select the desired test mode (Strength or Stacking) via the computer interface.
Set compression speed, maximum displacement, and any relevant parameters.
Start the test; the motor drives the plates downward to apply load until the maximum force or displacement is reached.
Data is recorded, processed, and printed automatically.
Automatic return of the plates completes the cycle, readying the tester for the next sample.
Maintenance Information
Keep plates and guide pillars clean and free of debris.
Periodically check plate parallelism and recalibrate if necessary.
Maintain lubrication on threaded shafts and moving components as per manufacturer instructions.
Inspect electrical and control systems regularly for safe operation.
