Cross-border procurement project for epidemic prevention material testing equipment

On July 21. 2023. U. S. PHARMACOPEIA (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) successfully purchased QINSUN-G506/G293/G285/G299/G288 series gas chromatographs and other epidemic prevention material testing equipment from our company.

Gas chromatographs (GCs) are indispensable tools in modern analytical laboratories, renowned for their high separation efficiency, high sensitivity, and exceptional handling of complex samples. They play a vital role in numerous fields. For a nonprofit organization like USP, the environmentally friendly and safety-conscious design of our products perfectly aligns with its values. Our products not only offer low solvent consumption: headspace sampling technology reduces the use of organic solvents and mitigates the risk of laboratory contamination. They also offer exhaust gas treatment: exhaust gas purification devices ensure that volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions meet environmental standards. Furthermore, for the detection of flammable and explosive solvents such as ethylene oxide, our company utilizes explosion-proof columns and detectors to ensure safe operation. The equipment also features an automatic power-off function to prevent damage and extend its lifespan. Precise testing prevents substandard drugs from entering the market and reduces waste of medical resources, perfectly aligning with our mission of "enhancing public trust in health."

Major application areas include:

1. Environmental Monitoring

Analysis of atmospheric VOCs (benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) and greenhouse gases (CH₄, CO₂).

Detection of organic pollutants (pesticides, petroleum hydrocarbons) in water/soil.

2. Food Safety

Quantification of pesticide residues (organophosphorus, organochlorine) and additives (preservatives, plasticizers).

Analysis of food flavor components (alcohol esters, edible oil fatty acids).

3. Petrochemicals

Analysis of oil composition (alkane/aromatic content to optimize octane number) and process reaction monitoring.

4. Clinical and Healthcare (Emerging Field)

Miniaturized gas chromatographs are used for breath VOC detection, such as lung cancer screening.

The products were pre-cleared at the warehouse during transportation, shortening customs detention time. We also customized a chromatography column temperature control module according to USP requirements. Since the equipment went into operation, the efficiency of epidemic prevention material testing at Pakistani ports has significantly improved, and the customer has also received additional points for the World Health Organization's Southeast Asia Regional Laboratory Capacity Assessment. These factors will greatly increase the likelihood that Pakistani government agencies will repurchase our equipment in the future.

Before purchasing the products, representatives from our Pakistani partner visited our company for a comprehensive inspection.Upon their arrival, our entire staff warmly welcomed the guests. We then guided them to a conference room and demonstrated our comprehensive technical solutions. Our technical team detailed every aspect of the product, including the R&D process, technical advantages, and expected results. The partner representatives listened attentively, took careful notes, and actively asked questions, demonstrating their keen interest and professionalism.

After the demonstration, our company accompanied the guests on a tour of our equipment workshop, where they witnessed firsthand our advanced production equipment and stringent quality control measures. Our engineers also provided detailed explanations, explaining the functions and operation of each piece of equipment. The guests were deeply impressed by the advanced technology and well-organized production environment.

On July 21. 2023. a Pakistani government agency successfully purchased epidemic prevention and control equipment, including the  QINSUN-G506/G293/G285/G299/G288 series gas chromatographs , from our company.
