Test Procedures

(1) Install the high-temperature furnace and corresponding tensile fixtures.

(2) Mount the specimen and align using the automatic leveling system.

(3) Set creep load, temperature, deformation limits, and data acquisition interval.

(4) Heat the furnace to the target temperature and stabilize the uniform zone.

(5) Apply constant load and begin creep deformation measurement.

(6) Continuously record deformation, temperature, and lever position.

(7) Automatically terminate the test when the end condition is reached.

(8) Save, process, and export test data and curves.
