Rubber Hose Non-Flammability Tester

The Rubber Hose Non-Flammability Tester is developed in accordance with GB/T 2550-2007 Appendix A and with reference to ISO 3821:1998.
Under specified test conditions, the rubber hose sample is exposed to an oxygen-enriched environment and maintained at a temperature of 360 ℃–365 ℃ for a defined period. The combustion behavior of the hose is observed to evaluate the non-flammability performance of rubber hoses used for welding and cutting equipment.
The instrument provides a reliable and standardized method for assessing fire safety performance of rubber hoses used in gas welding, cutting, and similar industrial operations.

FAQ
(1) What is this product?
The Rubber Hose Non-Flammability Tester is a laboratory instrument designed to evaluate the fire resistance and non-flammability characteristics of rubber hoses used in gas welding and cutting equipment.
(2) What is this product used for?
It is used to determine whether rubber hoses can maintain safe combustion behavior when exposed to high temperature and oxygen-rich conditions as specified by international standards.
(3) Why is this product important?
Rubber hoses used in welding and cutting are exposed to high temperatures and oxygen. Non-flammable performance is critical to prevent fire hazards, explosions, and workplace accidents.
(4) What products can be tested with this instrument?
Oxygen hoses, acetylene hoses, LPG hoses, propane hoses, and other rubber hoses used in gas welding, cutting, and similar industrial operations.
(5) What types of rubber hoses are applicable?
Standard rubber welding hoses, reinforced rubber hoses, and fire-resistant rubber hose products that comply with GB/T 2550 and ISO 3821 requirements.
(6) How is the test performed?
The hose sample is placed in a borosilicate glass tube, oxygen is introduced at a controlled flow rate, and the sample is exposed to a controlled temperature environment. The combustion behavior is observed to determine non-flammability performance.
