The Multifunctional Friction and Wear Testing Machine is a high-precision tribological testing system designed to evaluate the friction and wear performance of polymers, metals, and surface coatings. You can simulate rotary motion, linear reciprocating motion, and ring-block motion under controlled load, speed, frequency, stroke, and temperature conditions.

The system dynamically measures friction force, normal load, temperature, speed, and friction coefficient in real time. Test curves are displayed live and can be exported after completion. With modular mechanical design and independently developed control software, you can freely switch between different motion modes. Optional remote monitoring allows real-time multi-terminal viewing and data sharing.

Application

This testing machine is primarily used for testing and evaluating the  tribological properties of polymers, metals, and surface coatings.

Under a specific test force, it simulates rotational, linear reciprocating,  and ring-block motions. By controlling and changing parameters such as test  force, speed, frequency, stroke, time, friction pair material, surface  roughness, and hardness, tests are conducted to evaluate the comprehensive  performance of the material or surface coating.

It can dynamically detect the friction force, test force, and temperature of  the friction pair, and plot the curves of each parameter in real time.

After the test, the curves and data can be exported.

The experimental process can be remotely monitored in real time via an app,  supporting multi-terminal display and multi-user sharing.

Structural overview

The Multifunctional Friction and Wear Testing Machine mainly consists of a  rotary testing system, a linear reciprocating testing system, a ring block  testing system, a test force loading system, a sample clamping module system, a  signal acquisition and processing system, and an electrical control system.

The rotary testing system, linear reciprocating testing system, and ring  block testing system are driven by the same motor. Different motion modes are  achieved by changing the clamping module. The software operating system also  allows for free switching between the rotary testing system, linear  reciprocating testing system, and ring block testing system.

Modular Interface Design: The interface design uses tab-based partitioning,  which is simple and clear. Settings are progressively arranged according to the  order of friction and wear tests, and important functions and prompts are  readily available for easier access.

Test Segment Setting Function: Multi-segment test mileage settings can be  set, presented in a concise manner. Previously used segment settings can also be  imported, eliminating cumbersome operations. This function can meet different  and personalized testing requirements.
