The validation method for constant temperature and humidity test chambers

This method is applicable to the validation of newly purchased and used constant temperature and humidity test chambers as well as those after maintenance. 1、 Technical requirements 

1.1 Temperature 

1.1.1 Cement test piece: 20110C

1.1.2 Concrete test piece: 20 ± 3C 

1.2 Humidity greater than 90%

2. Verification items and conditions 

2.1 Verification items 

2.1.1 Appearance and data. 

2.1.2 Temperature. 

2.1.3 Humidity port 

2.2 Calibration instrument: Dry and wet overuse meter: division value O.1C. 

3. Calibration method: Set the upper limit value on the temperature display of the constant temperature and humidity test box to 210C or 230C. Set the limit value to 190C or 170C, place it in a dry and wet thermometer, and test whether the value on the temperature display is consistent with the thermometer display. 

4、 The processing of verification results is considered qualified if all verification items meet the technical requirements. 

5、 The verification cycle, record and certificate verification cycle is 24 months. The format of the verification record is shown in the table below, and the format of the verification certificate is shown in the appendix.
