Product Introduction & Applications
The Gas Jet Erosion Rig is designed to evaluate the erosion resistance of materials subjected to high-velocity particle impacts. It simulates real-world erosive environments such as turbine blades, engine components, pipe elbows, coatings, ceramics, and composite materials exposed to solid particle erosion.
The system controls particle velocity through adjustable air pressure and nozzle geometry, allowing users to conduct erosion studies across a wide range of impact conditions. An enhanced performance configuration is available, significantly increasing particle velocities for advanced research and high-stress test scenarios.
