Car paint film scratch tester parameters
The car paint film scratch tester is carefully designed and manufactured in
accordance with the relevant provisions of GB9279-2015 "Scratch Test for Paints
and Varnishes" and ISO 12137-2 "Determination of Scratch Resistance of Paints
and Varnishes". It is used to determine the scratch resistance and scratch
resistance of single or composite coating systems of paints and Varnishes or
water-based wood paints under standard conditions.
Main parameters:
Motor power: 60W
Needle movement speed: 3cm/s
Needle head radius: 0.5mm
Test load: 50g~2000g
Power supply voltage: AC 220V 50Hz
principle:
Adopting a high speed ratio and high output torque gear reducer to ensure a
constant speed of needle movement under different test loads, resulting in high
accuracy of test results. At present, there are two types of substrate tests
that can be conducted. One is to test the scratch resistance of water-based wood
paint coatings of colored and clear paints. The substrate is metal, and whether
the paint film is scratched can be intuitively obtained through the indication
of the voltmeter on the instrument. The other is to test the scratch resistance
of water-based wood paint. The substrate is wood, and whether the paint film is
scratched can be observed by the naked eye or a magnifying glass.
Advantages and characteristics:
1. Have a strong after-sales service team;
2. Able to handle various issues in a timely and fast manner, relieving
customers of any worries they may have;
3. Complete spare parts to solve the problem of long lead times when
ordering spare parts;
4. Keep up with industry standards updates and provide textile testing
instruments that meet the new standards in a timely manner.
