Heel impact fatigue tester standards
The heel impact fatigue tester is used to test the ability of the high heel
root of women's shoes to withstand repeated small impacts during normal human
walking under test conditions. The heel is pointed upwards and the heel shaft is
fixed upright on the fixed tray of the heel fatigue tester. The impact head of
the pendulum impacts the heel vertically with a constant energy (0.68J) until it
fails or reaches a satisfactory number of impacts.
Reference standards:
BS 5131, SATRA TM20, SATRA TM21, QB/T 2864, etc
Technical specifications:
1. Impact energy: 0-18.3J (13.5ft lb) Small product: 0.68J (0.50ft lb)
2. Strike frequency: 60 times/minute
3. Swing arm energy: 17.3N-m (12.7ft lb)
4. Hammer: F (57 ± 1) mm, thickness (20 ± 1) mm
5. Impact angle: 0-90 degrees
6. Counter: LCD, 0-9999999.
7. Power supply: AC220V, 10A.
