How to operate and maintain textile washing fastness tester?
Textile washing fastness tester is an instrument for testing the color fastness of textiles in water, dry cleaning or other liquids. It can simulate different washing conditions such as temperature, time, detergent, etc. to evaluate the washing resistance of textiles.

The operation and maintenance of the Textile washing fastness tester is an important factor in ensuring accurate test results and instrument life. The following are some basic steps for operation and maintenance:
1. Before using the textile washing fastness tester, check that the instrument is in good condition, that the power supply is normal, that the water tank has enough water, that the thermostat is set correctly, and that the rotating cup is clean and free of rust or stains.
2. Select suitable detergent and test conditions, such as temperature, time and rotation speed, according to the test standard or customer requirements. Prepare the detergent in proportion to the solution and put it into the water tank.
3. Cut the sample to be tested and the control cloth according to the specified size and fix them on the rotating cups with stainless steel clips. A maximum of 12 samples can be placed on each rotating cup. Be careful not to overlap or entangle the samples with each other.
4. Attach the rotating cups to the textile washing fastness tester and press the start button to start the test. During the test, observe whether the instrument operates normally without abnormal sound or leakage.
5. After the test, remove the rotating cup, take out the sample and control cloth, and rinse them with water. Lay the sample and control cloth flat on the drying rack and dry them naturally or use the oven to accelerate drying.
6. Use grayscale or colorimeter to rate the color fastness of the sample and the control cloth, and judge whether the washing resistance of the sample is qualified according to the rating result.
7. After use, clean the surface of the instrument and the rotating cup, pour out or replace the solution in the water tank, cut off the power supply, and cover the instrument with a dust cover.
